We’re excited to announce the addition of four new members to the Tipton & Hurst team! Joining us are Kirk Welch as Supply Chain Manager, Kim Zeese as Floral Operations Manager, Joe Floriani as HR Manager, and Jessica Hamman as Floral Designer.

Kirk brings over 28 years of experience in supply chain management, having held key leadership roles with companies like Tyson Foods and ConAgra. His expertise in operations, inventory control, and management systems will streamline our processes.
Kim joins us with more than 15 years of floral retail and wholesale management experience. She’s led operations for over 140 stores, excelling in floral design, merchandising, and customer relations. Her vast knowledge makes her a versatile leader in the floral industry.
Joe brings 40+ years of HR experience in retail and wholesale industries. With his extensive leadership experience, including serving as VP of HR at OneCoast, he’s developed strong teams and contributed to company success on a national scale.
Jessica, known for her innovative approach to floral artistry, will bring custom designs to life for weddings, events, sympathy, and everyday arrangements. With five years of retail flower business experience, she’s passionate about making clients’ visions a reality.
